Kilmany - statue of Jim Clark
My first recollection of the name Jim Clark was at a motor show when I was just knee high - I think he was there in person, and my Dad was very impressed. Little did I know at that young age that his sister, my aunty, Barbara Hutchison was nanny to Jim Clark when he was just a lad.
These photos were taken by my brother Malcolm Young at the unveiling of Jim Clarks statue in Kilmany in 1997 by racing driver Jackie Stewart.
