My Treasure Diary - 5th September 2005
Caroline the FLO is delivering the wee find to the British Museum in person on Tuesday 13th September - and it will be looked at by David Parsons , from the University of Nottingham on the 15th - so we might have some info soon.

He thinks the runes are Anglo Saxon and not Viking, but he needs to see it in the flesh really.
